1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are only eligible if submitted within 4 hours of the initial service purchase or activation, regardless of the billing cycle selected. This policy applies equally to monthly, quarterly (3 months), semi-annual (6 months), and yearly hosting plans. Customers purchasing long-term plans do not receive extended refund periods. For example, if a customer purchases a 3-month, 6-month, or yearly hosting plan, they still only have 4 hours from the time of activation to request a refund. Refund requests submitted days, weeks, or months later will not be accepted under any circumstances simply because the customer no longer wishes to continue the service. Refunds are only considered for genuine technical issues directly related to Caspian Host infrastructure or service quality and must include proper proof and explanation of the issue.
